I love you guys..
Hi Bill,
I thought I'd take
time to tell you about TPS (The Phoenix System) and how it's helped me with my
business,
and with life in
general.
First, let me say
that over the last 13+ years Angelo and I have checked out and worked with every
system in
EcoQuest's dealer
network.
Then we found TPS,
Brad Near, and Dave Aufdengarten.
Brad Near is an
amazing leader and teacher! He never promotes any one group or downline or
demands (even by suggestion)
"loyalty or enemy".
He strives to find the best way to teach the basics of then EcoQuest/now Vollara
to ANYONE from any
group or at any
level without even a nuance of exclusion. He details simple step by step
training for a new distributor's
start up in the
biz, every campaign the company promotes, lead generation, marketing technique,
script and contact manager
utilization,
technology promotion, and has tirelessly and VERY patiently trained anyone
interested in this business every week
no matter where he
was in the world at the time! TPS has written, audio, video modules of training
for almost any area of
our business as
well as for general office set up and computer training for those who are in
need of it. Reference and research is
provided for no
gain at all, nor are his trainings, nor his promotion of Vollara to all comers
within or without his TPS site.
One of Brad's main
"weapons" in his arsenal of good business practice is Dave Aufdengarten. Dave
has patiently guided hundreds of dealers (myself included) through the steps of
understanding their own computer, how to use advertising from all sources, any
webinar info/usage, and basically kept an open Q & A session weekly for years
open to anyone. he also has operated the webinar system for hundreds of
trainings and company events...often through very difficult technical occurences.
I am proud to call both he and Brad my friends even though we rarely see each
other and live across the country from each other.
I owe to them and
TPS most of my computer knowledge, phone knowledge, internet proficiency,
advertising and recruiting via web or other multiple campaigns, and know in my
heart that no matter what question or problem I have.....i can always refer to
these two gentlemen and get help. Anyone can, by the way...personal help, with
patience and expertise no matter how simplistic or repetetive. (I'm guilty of
forgetting, from time to time, basic things I shouldn't as are we all!)
TPS is responsible
for multiple ad campaigns I have used & benefitted from with sales & new
recruits over the years.
TPS is responsible
for teaching some of my people the same.
TPS has always been
a system of step by step, easy to follow, business creation and development
presented in a way that
almost
anyone could do in their own time without supervision.
TPS developed multiple retailing
websites for all our major product lines & different sites for recruiting
with varied approaches for such.
TPS may have been
the very first to use and develop the "webinar" structure for training & for
company announcements / conferencing.
- This
required an incredible amount of time and energy on Brad & Dave's part 6 days a
week...FREE for all to take part in!
- They also
archived all company & training calls as well as webinars so dealers in every
time zone or on differing schedules
would not
miss out on important information. Nice too to be able to watch over again a
particular technique or new announcement.
TPS developed and
taught the easiest system to build a business and make money I've seen when the
Heartland campaign began.
I strongly believe
this system was the single most important push and effect for that product in
the whole company.
This system, begun
with Heartland, became a viral recruiting webinar/meeting carried forward each
week to bring new prospects to in
your own home or
theirs over the internet. The "One Per Week" program, or Saturday Brunch
meeting.
You know, Brad's a
retired Continental Pilot among other things. As such, he carried the
responsibility of hundreds of lives personally
for years. Their
well being, satisfaction, and arrival at destination. You can trust him without
a fault, as I do. You can count on him to
stand with you in
the wind or rain, as I do. He is humble, quiet, hard working, and never blows
his own horn....he should! He sits behind
the scenes making
everything work for everyone else....like a pilot in the cockpit flying through
storm or sun with hundreds on board not
ever seeing or
acknowledging him at all. This is a special man, Bill, and you need to get to
know him better.
Don't look at our
current record in judging TPS! I've been swamped with activTek for a while,
and it's required an incredible amount of my time and energy. Angelo and I both
promote Vollara to our people and are actively reaching out to recruit again.
We'll find our 'balance" better soon and be in full swing again. We are strong
recruiters when in best form. TPS is a valuable resource I will be using for
that!
This has been long,
and I apologize for that. In my career with the company, TPS, Brad Near, and
Dave Aufdengarten are keystones in the strength and structure of my business.
One of my "corners" you might say.
Thank you for your
loyalty and strength. You are a man we can count on, and believe me...we don't
say that lightly. Angelo and I are here in Vollara today because of our belief
in you, Joe Urso, Mike Jackson, and yes...Brad and Dave. Flash and dash are
nice, but the backbone has to be hard and straight. Thanks for being there, and
that's meant deeply. Joe is a very wise and lucky man indeed.
with Deep
Appreciation,
--
