I have been with Vollara for about 3.5 years as a
part timer and have been with TPS for almost as long. I have to say that I have
found them to be the major reason I am still with this great company and here's
why. My upline has changed a few times over the years and I ended up being under
one of your main leaders (who is a great guy) however he does not have time for
any one on one training. We always play phone tag so I stopped calling on him.
I'm not sure how Brad and Dave find the time to
teach and mentor anyone who joins their "TPS" program but they do! With all the
back office info, websites and company info I find that I use them almost
exclusively in my daily business with no contact with my direct upline.
I cannot tell what a shot in the arm it is to hear
directly from Mr Jackson as he often speaks live on the TPS programs almost
every week (Thanks Mike!).
Staying motivated why working a HBB is a difficult
thing to do, but these guys are always there with their time and talent.
