Bill, ever since I ordered my first case of
Heartland Select in October 2008, Brad Near's recruiting and training websites
have been an invaluable part of my experience. My first two signups came as a
result of this.
Brad worked hard to develop a system for the new
product that would both teach and and be teachable or duplicatable as many say.
This was essential in the early going and Brad did it while keeping EcoQuest at
the forefront. His work in meeting the changing needs and demands of the field
caused him to lose time for his own business but we never heard or knew anything
but quick work and fast responses to our questions and concerns. He and David
have ALWAYS been quick to respond to us.
When I added the technology to my business, I
discovered more of his training and aids which I still use. For example, his
Contact Manager letters for the purifier setup along with the audios are
wonderful and can be kept handy for daily reference or for teaching another
person about the setup without having to make another phone call to make sure
you are doing the right thing. Brad's site contains so much educational material
beyond a simple setup.
Always thinking and trying to be innovative in
his approach to promoting success at all levels of the business, Brad has been
able to create programs to help a person enter the business in non-threatening
ways that could include even a person who truly had no money. His "I pay for
Help" program is an example which even includes training to safely advertise on
Craig's List.
Along comes Aerus Holdings/DBG Investments in
2009. Brad reported this to his "team" as soon as he could. By the way, this
transition cost me my first check with EQ because it bounced and I had to pay a
bank fee in addition to loss of the money but I was not compensated when I
called to report it. Everybody has not been as efficient and effective as has
Brad Near. At any rate, Brad kept us in the know during this transition but no
one told us to get our checks in the bank because the company was changing
hands.
Fearful of the future of the company and lacking
belief in the new regime, I basically took a wait-see attitude. Even so, I
listened to the calls, the support, and forthrightness and integrity of Brad
Near and other people trying to work the business and keep it going. Brad was
positive and believed in the new ownership and promoted it and the new direction
and stability of the company.
We attended the convention in Knoxville and
developed a significant change in our thinking. We checked immediately upon
getting back home and yes, Brad Near was already at the forefront with info and
encouragement to believe in the new leadership, products, and future of the
company.
We went to Dallas for the "rebranding" and
introduction of new products. We had already begun to sign distributors who came
as a result of both the Phoenix system, formerly EcoQuest System, and other
sources. This pattern has continued. Again, Brad, in his Phoenix System,
promoted the new company and products wholeheartedly as he quickly added info
for us to use in the field.
The Phoenix System with its Internet Conferences
and Messaging system help me to quickly review and find info I have trouble
getting elsewhere, including Vollara. By the way, Bob Giddens' personal site has
been good for this as well. Brad had so much good water info ahead of everyone
else and he always had good info and research on all the products. He gets the
info to us in a timely fashion.
Bill, in Church I have often said that one can
become so heavenly minded he is no earthly good. This concept can be extended to
other areas as well. Brad seems to watch out for the small dreamer until he
morphs into a big dreamer. That is invaluable it seems to me.
If this evaluation is suggestive of what I
think, it makes me wonder what happened to the "Many Faces, One VoIce" concept
from the Convention.
By the way, I still have no answer from "Dr.
Troy" about the Re:Plenish.
Trusting you take time to read this as I thank
you for your leadership.
Sincerely,
Herbert Box
