If I'm not here with my computer turned on will I miss my Alerts?
ANSWER: No
you won't miss anything. They are stored in sequence on the sending
server and are being held until such time as you turn on your computer and
log onto the internet. Then they will appear.
QUESTION:
With E-Mail messages I've been able to save messages. How do I do that
here?
ANSWER:
Every message that is sent out is logged into ALERT MESSAGES for
that month. They are being published and saved to that page for your
inspection and review, by month, at anytime.
QUESTION:
Sometimes my ALERT MESSAGE stays up on my screen and I can't get it to go
away. What do I do?
ANSWER:
Right click on the Radio Antennae and select close. It will go
away.
