After you are a member:

Log into your Account

Click on HELP

On the left you'll find QUICK START
GUIDES. Download and print. For sure, print as you'll need them.

On the left you'll see "Watch a
Tutorial". Do this as it will help.

Technical questions or questions on virtually everything are best taken
directly to the PhoneBurner People. You do this by going to SUPPORT
CENTER OVERVIEW (on the left).

To reach technical support click on SUPPORT CENTER HOME (on the left).
All should fall in place ok from there.
