Brad has asked
dealers who use TPS to comment on their experience with the website.
Considering the
time I have been with Vollara (EcoQuest) I feel that my input has a bearing on
whatever is going on with the TPS/Vollara connection.
When I joined
EcoQuest over 5 yrs. ago I was like an orphan - I had joined with Creating
Wealth From Home and had enjoyed some success, albeit slow because my
job/financial situation. I didn't have the finances to do a lot of things I
wanted/needed to grow my business so in the early years I gleaned from CWFH and
its trainers, still not having the training relationship/support from home
office.
A year or two
before Vollara came into being I also gained information from "ChippyNews" and
TPS. I had to drop CWFH, but still was in contact with Greg and several other
dealers, none of which were in my upline with the exception of Greg (which I
really didn't make him any money), out here on the west coast.
When I joined TPS I
was able to have a friendship with Brad. Brad and TPS have a unique sense/code
of helping everyone in EcoQuest/Vollara even if they are are not in their
downline. The training, support and professionalism to all its members never
strayed away from EcoQuest's principles and core beliefs - ALWAYS making sure
that what they taught and the info they put out to its members were in line with
the home office. The leads I have used with TPS have been very good and Brad has
been very instrumental in improving/tweaking the leads with the lead company and
creating new programs/training for specific type leads be it recruiting
or product - I might add that this was done along with his own testing at a
considerable expense to himself. - side note: I'm not even in his downline and
I'm sure a lot of other dealers aren't either. I have stayed with Vollara
because I believe it has improved on EcoQuest but still have kept its values.
That being said the
support from systems like TPS, CWFH and ChippyNews were/are vital in my
continuation and confidence in Vollara - Vollara is a going to be a great
company and I intend on helping them by growing my own company - BUT - Vollara
is the Home Office and they do a GREAT job in support, product, setting our
course/marketing but systems like TPS are "Field Level" - the training/support
that we/I receive are instrumental in growing our businesses. I
tend to get a little winded when I get passionate about something I believe in,
like when I talk about our Vollara products - so let me continue with a few
bullet points.
* TPS helped me
maintain my focus/confidence during the transition and assisted me with staying
with the company.
* TPS personal
support has been something I have first hand experience with and its something I
don't get from a Corp. setting.
* I have made
sales and recruited directly from TPS and their varied programs/leads.
* TPS' Instant
Messaging helps me with information updates.
* TPS' Internet
Conference Sessions have been very helpful due to the fact that I can't always
be at a conference call or webinar and I can download them, usually in a few
hours of the event, so I can listen to them at a later time PLUS I don't have to
be on line to listen once they are downloaded and I can make a CD for use in my
car when I'm out and about.
